Configure the game, SEON credentials, entrants and the lucky draw.
Duplicate checks and the lucky draw pool are scoped to the current event - starting a new event gives every player a clean slate.
Independently control which Fraud API modules get called, regardless of whether the data is present. Address intelligence and device intelligence have their own sections below since they need extra setup.
Tracks device and behavioral signals from the moment a player's phone lands on the game, linked to their entry via SEON's Session Monitoring stream.
Sends the real player's device fingerprint session (collected by the JS Agent the moment their phone lands on the game) to the Fraud API as session, and captures the returned device details (OS, browser, emulator/remote-desktop/factory-reset flags) against their entry. Only applies to real players at registration - the suspects are fictional identities with no device to fingerprint. See docs.seon.io/api-reference/fraud-api#fraud-api-response.
Calls SEON's Address Intelligence module with each suspect's seed address and shows whether it resolves to a real address, and its type/city/region/postcode/country. Off by default - when off, no address data is requested or shown, even in the cached fallback. See docs.seon.io/api-reference/fraud-api#address-intelligence.
Sent as SEON's custom_fields.campaign_name on every Fraud API call (suspect lookups and real player registrations), so entries from this kiosk are attributable to a campaign in the SEON dashboard.
Off by default - every "Investigate" click calls SEON fresh. Turn this on to reuse a suspect's last live result for a set number of minutes instead of calling the API again, cutting down calls during a busy event. Applies per suspect, not per player.
Shown under every "Investigate" result on the player's phone.
Exactly 2 profile(s) must be marked "Synthetic identity". These profiles are shared by every event.
Generate fake entrants so you can preview how the waiting room and the public draw display will look with a real crowd - without touching any real entrant data. Simulated entrants are tagged "Demo", can never win the real draw, and are removed with one click.
The label beside the required checkbox under the entry form. This is where the "18 or over", accuracy and SEON-employee-exclusion confirmation lives.
Separate, optional box shown above the "Enter the draw" button. Only entrants who tick this appear in the HubSpot opt-in CSV export (Entrants tab). Ticking it does not affect entry.
Shown to every player before they enter the lucky draw. Use {{hours}} and {{contactEmail}} as placeholders - they are filled in automatically. Blank lines are preserved.
